Lovely so see you here as well...
I have added this blog to mine so will be following you here as well...
I like to keep my blog and the healthy lifestyle blogs seperate from each other...
So on blogger I do my *online diary* and on the group page my weight and training program...as I need motivation - its too easy to throw in the towel and just accept me being 10 kgs overweight.
You can also link this blog to your group page ( check mine you will see *my new life in Germany * updates and you can come from that page to my blog.
Also you can put the group link on this blog...like I've done..
